Pets use hallways as a place to relieve theirselves as well as in the parking garage (which has not been cleaned in 13 months that I know of). On downtown facing side of building there is like no ac in the summer. Heated pool is not heated due to rise in fuel cost but was used to sway me to move in since I love to swim year round. Clothes have been stolen from the shocking yellow laundry room twice.The final straw for me was fire on the 11th floor -no sprinklers in the place death trap when you are 30 stories high. New owners raising rents at least 100 a month to renew. Only good thing is manager Suzzanne she at least tries. The rest of them are nice until you move in then turn into snobs unless they are with a prospective tenant then they are sweet as sugar to you.
