Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  8/30/05      Rate This Apartment     The staff at Kingswood Village is always friendly and will to help. They go the extra mile to make tenants feel a sence of comunity. The maintenance cant be beat. Whenever I have a problem (which is rare, as the apartment was like new when I moved in), Maintenance is always there on the same day. Also, the complex is pretty quiet. The grounds are always kept neat and clean. The rental rates and reasonable and they give us a discount each year when we renew our lease. I can't imagine any situation that would cause me to move other than buying a house. Which is a possibility since my rent isn't through the roof. I would recomend to anyone.
