	Lakeside Place 201 Wilcrest Houston ,   Tx   77042 Rating Recommend:     No Overall Rating:  3.0 Security:  5.0 Parking:  1.0 Appearance:  2.0 Management:  5.0 Maintenance:  1.0 Unit Condition:   5.0 Noise:  4.0		Review Title:   Love Hate Relationship With Lakeside Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  6/18/06      Rate This Apartment     my apartment is to beautiful it is comfy its quiet i love it. but mainteneace and management sucks big time. my washer and dyer were not hooked up when i moved in so when i go to turn the washer on it flooded my whole bathroom and went through to my kitchen ceiling light fixture and burnt the light out. i called the front office the first day and like good employees they said someone will be there tomrrow. bull shit. if my husband didnt do contsturction my ass would have been out. so when i washer got fixed i decided to dry my cloths i open the dyer door and a gray hose is lying inside instead of being hooked up to the back. i guess maintenace was in a rush to finish and move me in. my husband fixed that problem too. so im enjoying my place once again and i notice a lot of bites on me and my son. im pregnant and have a two year old so were in the apartment all day and i kept noticing bumps on me and my sons arms. then i come to the relaztion that my apartment is riddin with mosquitoes. managment had somebody spray(i had to ask managment for hep because my husbands does consrtuction not terminate bugs) and the problem is 100 times worse i have fly ribbons all over my apartment and they are filled with bugs(shall i remind you this is inside my place) i currently dealing with this situation right now. if the problem is fixed i would reccomend moving here if its not ..... well you know what to do ..... keep truckin
