Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  3/28/06      Rate This Apartment     Well I have lived here for almost two years and at first it was really great. The maintenance people are really good they fix things as soon as you call and will come out in the middle of the night to make necessary repairs if needed. The office staff is very helpful and do their best. The biggest problem is in the last year the neighborhood has gone down a great deal and there is many undesireables living in apartments across the street from you. Secondly, there has been numerous car break-ins, vanadalism, as well as car thefts. Seems to be a great place to get your car stolen. Finally earlier this year there was a man who was shot to death here. As far as security goes, they do not provide security for your property only for theirs.
