Since then, the apartments have been sold to a new management company, and a whole new management team took over. It takes weeks for them to fix any problem you might have. Our apartment got wet inside becuse the door did not have the proper seal. The dried up the apartment, but weeks later we noticed mold growing on the baseboards. It took weeks for them to fix this problem. The dumpsters are not big enough, or emptied enough for all of the trash, so you have trash piled all outside of the dumpsters almost daily. There is not enough parking, and with all the trucks with trailers trying to fit in the parking lot, it makes for a nightmare. The apartments look nice, but the start to fall apart shortly after you move in. The up keep of the grounds has done nothing but go down hill since the new management took over. The pool is filthy, you can find trash that includes beer bottles and pampers in and around the pool. The fitness are is now always dirty and the mailboxes are over flowing with junk mail that everyone throws in the trash. Stay away from here!! For the prices that they charge, you get nothing in return!!
