Kept my deposite and said that I owe them $200 and even put it on my credit report. I know of three other people they also did this to. Never fix any maintainence problem...if you are lucky, they might come by in three weeks after you report a problem to them. I think they just change names after all the bad ratings, but be aware...its the same business.
