Maintenence and service is good until you put in your 30 days notice to move out, then your trouble begins.They will try everything to keep you there and if you decides to still move, they will do everything to keep your security deposite and even go as far as charging you for other things.This is a listof some of the things I got charged for. - Sink not clean $45 - Carpet needs cleaning $200 - doorknob broke $65 When they were done, I did not get my security deposite and I had to pay them $250, which I disputed. It was place on my credit report and now it is very difficult for me to find another apartment or even get a decent job. The service is good but if you move there, insist on been there with them when you move out for their inspection., take pictures of every claim they make and JUST BE CAREFUL.
