Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  11/15/04      Rate This Apartment     I made the biggest blunder in my life by signing a renewal lease when the previous staff left. I knew everyone by name and they were so great at efficent. A few months ago, the assistant manager guy and the manager left and they brought in trailer park quality staff. The new people care nothing about the property nor the people living here. You can leave message after message to wait by the phone for NO call. The new manager does not even respond correctly when you try to approach her with a complaint in a nice way. You have to plead and threaten to get her off her butt. If I was paying $350 a month in rent, this would be acceptable. I simply pay higher rent to get a step up in service and lifestyle. Does anyone here know if perhaps ownership changed when the previous staff left that was there for so long and kept the property looking decent? If anybody knows, please post it so that we can get in touch with the owners and hopefully get the living conditions to an acceptable level again since the office staff will not release the management company nor the owner of the property. If you are looking to lease, pass this one by until things are stable.
