	Montelago Aparments 11881 Gulf Pointe Drive Houston ,   Tx   77089 18883867066 Rating Recommend:     No Overall Rating:  1.0 Security:  1.0 Parking:  1.0 Appearance:  4.0 Management:  1.0 Maintenance:  1.0 Unit Condition:   3.0 Noise:  3.0		Review Title:   Mold And Maintence Issues And Security Issues Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  7/7/05      Rate This Apartment     i moved in march 2004, i was robbed oct 2004, i have never never been broken into and i have lived all over town, so that was a nightmare for me, parking is another issue, tenents parking in handicap parking because their lazy asses don't want to walk, maintence is also a joke, my wash room is full of mold and the washer has been leaking water for 2 months and this is not a small leak either it's about 2 inches of water standing and draining into the walls, i pay 1058 dollars a month i feel montelago should be kissing my ass for that amount and ms pam to be in management never knows a dam thing i am really sick of it at this point and i am looking for another place asap so if you want great service you'd better look somewhere else . i would hate to see the walls on the inside of the sheet rock i'm sure it is full of mold, i have astima and i am having problems breathing and it's because the maintence does not do their job but they want their rent on time, i do not even feel safe anymore
