WIthin the first couple of monthes three apartments got broken into and a couple of cars as well. At first parking wasn't too bad, but then more people moved in. For the amount of rent that I pay, I never expected so many thugs, and trash to live there, those welfare checks must be good nowadays. I have a garage and it has broke on several occasions, leaving me carless. Pam is the worse manager I have ever dealt with. When my room mates and I leased our apartment she was either drunk or majorly coked out. She stayed on the phone the entire time and just kept saying, sign here, sign here, this is unimportant blah blah blah. All the little neighborhood kids sneak in and use our pool which prevents me from even wanting to get near it. One time while I was down there one of the little girls that had snuck in named Shaquisha or something was cusing out the maitnence guy because he was asking her to leave, because she didn't live there. I"m so glad I live around people like that. The management has come into my apartment, without permission, on several occasions, while I was there, to leave notices on my coffee table in hopes that i wouldn't see them. The parking is horrible; the residents have taken into their own hands to post big neon green stickers on peoples cars when they don't agree with their parking. The walls are cheaply painted and the cabinets bubble up all the time. We havea bad spider problem and ant problem on the first floor and when I called to let B*tch Pam know about it she said, "Well there are ants everywhere, next problem?" She is always real quick to get poeple off the phone and doesn't show any concern for anything but her drug habbit. The only person that I give props to is Solisa, she has alway been extreemly nice and understanding, it's just too bad she has to work with someone so unprofessional. I was very dissapointed with this place, concidering it was brand new, I am trying everything to get out of my lease right now. Too expensive and not worth it, all your doing is supporting Pam's bad habbits.
