I Like Monte Lago Apartment complex, AND LOVE THE LOCATION!!!!! The apartments are very nice, and well kept up inside & out. My Hot water wasn't getting very hot so I called the front office, and my water was fixed within a day. The front office and maintenance staff are very professional, polite, and Orderly. The complex is very quite and well lit. Parking is over crowded, but im renting an assigned parking spot and ITS WORTH IT. It really dosn't matter what you do, or where you go,"Nothing is going to be perfect" (To those who were complaining). So far I am enjoying my apartment, and I recommend the complex to others. The location is great because youre within mins from: The malls (Almeda, Baybrook), restaurants, San Jacinto College, Beltway 8, & I-45S. Also within walking distance of the AMC Movie Theater & Krogers!!!! |
