	Montelago Aparments 11881 Gulf Pointe Drive Houston ,   Tx   77089 18883867066 Rating Recommend:     No Overall Rating:  3.0 Security:  2.0 Parking:  1.0 Appearance:  4.0 Management:  1.0 Maintenance:  5.0 Unit Condition:   3.0 Noise:  1.0		Review Title:   Problem At Monte Lago Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  5/17/06      Rate This Apartment     the noise at monte lago is loud both inside and outside due to poor construction and inconsiderate tenents.the first floor apartment have mold problems due to plumbing failures caused by leaks caused by poor construction. the air conditioners(outside unit) less then two years old are breaking down at a high rate for being new units not good for summer. parking is nonexsistant so you rent a space to keep from hunting for parking then between thursday and monday morning someone will park in your paid space and you call the towing company to have them towed.the pool is always full friday to sunday with alot of non-tenants. trash is also a problem with the amount of dumpsters not enough for the complex thats probably the rat problem source. the office has two computers for tenant . well the only time to use them is early morning when kids are not setting at the monitor down loading music for hours at a time. monte lago has security real cops not rent-a-cops and they do respond.the complex is under new managment and they have lowered the bar for tenants
