Just that the management is rude and they do not acknowledge phone calls of complaints or questions.. They neglect their promises extended when intially moving in. Their gates do not have sensors and have had a vehicle smashed.. They are not responsible with mail. All in all, I believe this place is rated a 3. I would say if you can get cheap rent here... do it. but if it is not reasonable... don't do it!I have experienced worse with the Tuscany properties who charged me 6,000 $ in misc. repair fees. They are the worst!
