Maintenance within 48 hours. Office offers 24 hour written notification prior to management or maintenance entering apartment. Clean and nice apartment after newly remodeled unit. No bugs/roaches. Grounds kept up and trash thrown in parking lots/halls picked up daily. Plenty of covered parking/parking garage spaces available. Security guards at entry since gate left open, as well as hired off-duty police on site due to issues with car break-ins. Walls thicker than most apartments; can't get around really loud neighbors though (and stay away from noisy pools). Great water pressure in shower and some units with washer/dryer. Good sized apartments for rent. Most tenants seem to be blue collar type, so don't expect a fancy, posh complex (I think built in the 80's). No issues with neighbors or management.
