The management has no understanding of treating the residents decently, I actually think they are racist! If you dont look like u were born to an american father and mother, I suggest you to look elsewhere. All the appliences in the kitchen are broken, no matter what I tried to kill roaches they are still reproducin--I started buying anti roach stuff on my own after realizing their bug prevention service does nth---there are EXTREMELY noisy fans in front of my bedroom , when they stop, we thank god with my husband !! When u walk to ur apt, u can not hear what the next person is saying, due to the same fans. Management will keep knocking your door hard, and will scare the crap out of you. they have no manners. There is gutter leaking onto the parking lot. It has been months and u can see the residues of toilet tissue all over the lot. They have just started fixing that.IT SMELLS GUTTER. 3 years ago , this place was full of doctors and residents and postdocs. Now it s not the case. If you are a doctor , consider this again, whether or not you want to be surrounded with health professionals. The only thing is, the location is good. and the neighbor hood is relatively quiet and it s close to kroger and it is a walking distance to medical center and metro . last one, I even had a lizard in my apt,and had to empty all my closet to find it out and could not achieve that and for days I was terrified at home , until finally I found it on the ceiling !!!Many times I step ona roach in the kitchenwithout realizing , so I always wear slippers at home. |
