We were ecstatic when we first moved into the Plaza. We got a great deal, a great apartment with a great location, little did we know. The management has all the stability and competence of a wet paper towel that's holding up an obese elephant. The property went DOWN..the gates hardly ever worked, cars are being vandalized and/or broken into, there was a surge of undesirables who left trash in various spots on the property. It's always a joy to see a pile of crawfish shells dumped in the parking lot when you're heading out to your office. I have also been treated to a front row seat to domestic violence and a drunkard falling down the stairs. I am grateful, however, that these wonderful folks were kind enough to use their marijuana in the privacy of their own apartments...they did utilize the patio and graced the non-potheads with the marvelous stench. I reported this to management and nothing was done about it. I also reported the constant LOUDDDD music and they handled that quickly...the following day the tenant informed me that it wasn't necessary for me to call the office. That's right, the loose lipped, lousy management snitched me out. The tenants were informed that we would receive assigned parking. It never happened. Not only did it not happen, only when we inquired about the progress of the parking were we told that the idea had been scrapped. So, if you enjoy truth stretching management, party hearty stoners, litterbugs & O.J. Simpson types, the Plaza at Westchase is the place for you. |
