Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  7/27/05      Rate This Apartment     Maintenance is awful, did not have air conditioning for the better part of two months while they would come and bang on the outside unit for a while and tell us it was fixed. Had a constantly recurring leak above the entry way and second bedroom that was never fixed completely the entire time I was there. For the last two months, the sewage would overflow weekly right behind my back porch, lending the entire apartment a lovely smell. Management: I moved out over 3 months ago and am still receiving bills for the water and sewage, so you know, they are on top of their game. Don't even stop to look unless they are bought by another management company.
