The thugs living here will entertain you with harrassment and loud music! Your apartment will overlook a pothole ridden parking lot or sparkling green scum pond (pool)! As you look closely at the interior you will notice the years of neglect and poor workmanship as the paint peels from the walls, bath fixtures, and the a/c coughs and sputters. For a final touch please note the high gas bill as you pay for the hot water in the"clothing care center". The high electric bill will set your bank account in arrears as your a/c leaks out the door.
