The apartment is decent for the price. The management does not respond to problems at all! A neighbor with a small child accidentally locked herself out of her apartment Management refused to send someone to unlock her door. She waited 5 hours for Pop a Lock to arrive. Our Air Conditioner went out during the summer. It took them 4 days to fix it. They had new tile laid in the apartment. They were suppose to put down flashing where the carpet me the tile (to keep the carpet from being damaged) Never happened. The Berber carpet started to unravel. And forget about getting your refund back within 30 days of move out. It took us 4 months of constant calls and threats of calling the Texas Apartment Association and the BBB to get our deposit back. Run and find another place to live!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
