this is one the worst apartments that I have ever lived in.
The water bills are high compared to other apartments in the houston area and the water never really got hot. The security was none existent and the gates stayed inoperable.
When something breaks it takes at least 4 or 5 calls for them to come and fix it. They changed staff seems like every two weeks. But they will be persistent in raising your rent and collecting the rent. It seems as if they are only concerned about the money and not the upkeep of the complex. When I moved out I cleaned the apartment sparkling and they still kept my deposit. So in the end if you are looking for a fairly decent apartment this is not the one. |
