Do you like living in Section 8 housing? You do? Wow! Well, if you ask the management of this property located about 3 miles south of I-10 on S. Dairy Ashford, they'll tell you it's not Section 8. It is people. Believe me. I have lived here for 5 months, and during that time, every drug dealing, drug user, illegal alien, and poverty stricken individual has decided to manifest themselves. At first glance, the landscaping and current remodeling seem attractive. Don't let it fool you, you could seriously get robbed out here. Check out the reviews for this place at www.apartmentratings.com, and read some of the reviews. From what I can tell, in 2003 this place was great. In 2004 it was okay. In 2005 and 2006, it went straight to hell. If you don't take my advice, at least be smart enough to go out and buy a handgun and a couple boxes of ammo. And don't bring the kids............... |
