They recently introduced a new policy where in order to park in th parking lot that is closest to my apartment, you must pay $25 for a remote and $10 monthly. They tried to pass this off as benefitting the residents but it was just a scheme to get money. Now there is never enough parking and I am forced to park outside the gate where there is no security. Alot of residents have to park outside. And my A/C unit has gone out about 20 times and they just do a quick fix instead of replacing the unit. It makes my light bill high.
