If you want to waste your money and jeopardize your life then feel free to move in. They have rented this place to all kinds of riff-raffs. It is an 18-wheeler galore. If you like to live and make friends w/gangsters and drug dealers and low lives then by all means this is the place to be. Maintenance! What maintenance??????????????? There is no maintenance. God forbid you run out of a/c - you won't find anyone to help until hell freezes over.
