1) Theft -> I came across 2 families got their apartment robbed in 2004
2) Outrageous fines while moving out -> Just got screwd when I moved out. I stayed in this apartment for 1.5 years. When I moved I was charged about $50 for apartment cleaning(I spend almost a day cleaning it before vacating).Another $138 for OZON Treatment the apartment for 24 hrs. ridiculous! All this after paying abt $625 rent for last 1.5 years
3) Drugs -> I havnt seen any . No comments
4)Staff -> Property is good as long as you do not have to deal with the staff. Donna the manager is never good to deal with even when u r signing up the lease.
5) Parking -> If you are in one of the blocks closer to the entrance, parking is a problem every night.
6) Not enough light -> this property is very poorly lit.. there are only very few lights in the pool and parking area and outside the bulidings..
