Theyre dripping with sweetness and smiles. That all goes away once you've signed the lease. The manager is constantly changing. The noise level is pretty bad. Can hear television, radio, doors shutting, keyboard playing and people talking in other units. Robberies at gun point have happened on property. My truck was broken into and vandalized on 2 separate occasians.The manager Teresa at time said they are not responsible for anything that happens there. Two apartments were broken into during the daytime. There were several attempts to break in during the past month. We have gotten fliers notifying us. Thankful for the fliers to warn us but still scary. Maintenance is top-notch, Very quick to respond to problems. Residence started off as family and single people working close by. Now it's a much younger crowd moving in with lots of loud music playing all times of the day and night. I generally do not mind the loud music until after 10PM. But the music and people entering the property slamming entrance doors and car doors late into the night on weekdays have turned into major problems. Probably the reason I and a lot of the other tenants started moving out. It is horrible. We are on our third property manager one Teresa is the worst of all she is like a bad cold just keeps coming back. I will never live in a DMC managed apartment again. It has just been an awful experience!!!!!!!!!! I dont think that I can say enough bad things about this place.
