The layout of the floorplans is great, big walk-in closets and large living room. The lake in the back is an added plus. Landscaping is kept up, the pool is being rebuilt. I don't know if it's just me, but I never hear any noise from the neighbors. I ALWAYS have a parking spot near my apartment, and I've yet to have a problem with the staff. They were just a little slow on letting me in the apartment when i first moved.
