Do not move here. They are only running 60% occupany and are letting everyone and their mothers move in. The place is VERY dirfy. It flooded 4 weeks ago and they still have yet to replace the carpet in the workout room. You have to work out on concrete. Since all the units are over the pool loud young neighbors that go to clubs and stay up parting until 6am is a constant. Cars have been hit and run in the garage. Your visitors have no guest parking and usually have to pay when it's during Astors games. Please be smart and do not move here. I would give to get out of my lease here. The office still has not added us to the walk up gate and we have been here 6 months it's terrible and lazy management...they do give a great tour of the property however. I give them a 9.5 for a good guided tour of the property. |
