On the outside this place appears nice and secure, but beware! If you want to deal with unscrupulous landlords, have your apartment or car broken into, have your car stolen and deal with other people's unsanitary mess then this is the place for you. This place is extremely over-priced and NOT SAFE.!!!!! There have been several car and apartment break ins and cars have been stolen from a locked, gate access garage. tHIS CAN BE VERIFIED WITH THE POLICE DEPARTMENT These breakins have occurred even when security has been present- hummm is it an inside job. Anyway---Renter BEWARE |
