Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  9/19/05      Rate This Apartment     My husband got transferred and were unable to get out of our lease. They said they would put the apartment up for lease, well, after 10 months, we found out they never put it on the lease. Meaning, we were still paying rent there and where we are now. We just got our water bill (mind you we're NOT there) and it was double. Over $18 in which I called and questioned. I was told that the 4 apartments are all on one meter. Meaning that if some water monger is wasting away water, the bill is split EVENLY between the apartments. I find that very unfair. The people using a lot of water are NOT paying their share, you're paying it for them. So, if you feel like paying part of someone else's water bill, go ahead move here. I still have not received my phone call back from them either.
