Pet crap everywhere. Noisy parties on weekends. No security! My neighbor's car had its radiator stolen! I complained about pot smokers next door and the manager did nothing! I finally called the HPD Drug Task force. They are handicap unfriendly! If you are handicapped and need a space, they don't care! Crowded parking. This complex is old, old, old. The entire area around this complex is now a high crime area.
