Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  4/22/05      Rate This Apartment     I lived at Turtle Pointe in 2000 to 2001, I had a townhome and it was not too bad for me. Management did not bother me, and I had a dog there when I was not supposed to, they never said anything. I lived there a little over a year until a bunch of oriental people moved in and they were constantly screaming and yelling all of the time. From 7 am to 10 pm. They rented apts right next door to each other and always ran back and forth....slamming doors and yelling. Then we had some "hommies" move in and they jacked their radio uo all the time. The only issue I had was the pool was beautiful, but the parties that would go on at night...(even though they were not loud) would leave the pool in disorder. Cigarette butts and beer cans. Yuk. The management would clean it though. Other than that, I had no issues. It was not too bad!
