| My friend has just moved in. He said to the manager that he is not happy with the room and he wants to change to another apartment. The manager said "no room available". I know that it is completely a lie sinnce I and my friend had moved out before (2 weeks before he moved in).
We are international students from Vietnam and India.
They have only one maintainace guy and he can't fix things immediately. My friend - Tuan Nguyen - once told me that he reported the problem of his AC to the staff and it can only be fixed after 2 weeks. It's terrible since it's summer time.
He now move out for good.
The fact is when he (Shawn - the manager) knows that you are international students and you have no car, he will not care much about your satisfaction since you will have to be in their place which is nearest to the ?University of Houston Clear Lake.
Another fact, if you have a car, take a look at nearby places like "the cove", "University Green" or the "Armand Place".
