The quality of apartments is excellent--spacious, clean attractive, well-kept grounds & pool. Even has business center with mini-theater, party hall and reading/ computer room.
What sucks is the actual management--The water pipe broke 4 times in 2 months (not a drop of water for 6-7 hours at a time during the day) and we had 2 blackouts in the same period. However, when contacted about this matter, the management wasn't even apologetic or saw any need to explain what happened, why and what they were going to do to prevent such accidents. For the rent we are paying, we'd at least expect some form of written notice to residents. |
