Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  10/31/05      Rate This Apartment     Wow who would imagine such a beautiful little place right off 59! The pool is surrounded by plants & trees. I don't know the exact number, but this is not a very large complex. I always felt safe and EVERY one was so nice! It is VERY pet friendly. There is an awsome dog park right next to you, you don't even have to cross the street! It was pretty quiet, they play softball in the park on the weekends so the Aptments right next to it there is a little more noisy but not bad. I lived here 13 months and I would have stayed if my roommate had not bought a house. The ONLY down fall is not enough parking but hey with a place this nice I didn't care about the parking. The gym was a little out dated too but it was sufficient. The rent was pretty reasonable, 880.00 for my two bed room. Management was AWSOME always available and friendly. I can't say enough nice things about this place.
