It was advertised that these apartments had a security gate, security alarm and security patrol. I have seen none of that. The gates are broken allowing ANYONE to come into the complex. My car was broken into as a result of that. I've had trash thrown in front of my apartment and a broken glass table placed by my door. When I told the managers to clean it it took 4 days and then I received a letter stating I would be charged for trash removal next time. The townhouse I lived in was old, the floors creaked and the faucets were ugly and needed to be replaced. It was huge and I had plenty of space but it just looked ugly. The tenants are all of lower class and can't afford to live elsewhere. The rent is cheap ($640 for 1150 sqft townhouse). You get what you pay for in these apartments! |
