Since this is the first review....most people that can move elsewhere will. I could but didn't. The rooms are large & the people in the mgt office were very nice. The apts are nice. The majority of the tenants are nice but can't afford to live elsewhere. The Business Mgr only cares about the dollar and not about the wellbeing of the tenant. Neither do the new owners that purchased the property in Jan/Feb of 2003. Security and thugs cleaned my apt cleaned and several others. Mgt wanted to know about their rent. Another break-end attempt was made on my apt and mgt claimed I made it up not to pay rent. The neighborhood is lower middle classs trying hard to make it but there is that group that could care less and they own the neighborhood. Springwood Middle School is great, they are strict and will work with you if you work with them to make your child the scholar the child is...I'll miss the school but not the apartment complex. |
