When I requested my AC filter be changed after 3 months, one was dropped off for me to change. Actually 2. One was in the AC closet, so who knows how long it has been since it was changed. Apparently, cars have been broken into lately. If you're going to rent to families with children, why not have something for the kids to do? There isn't even a playground
