I had to put down and additional deposit totaling 300.00.......I ALWAYS faxed over request for repairs because that was the rules. well when my lease was up I faxed over my 30-notice and till this day have the confirmation page that it went through successfully. I moved out and return the Keys 11 day after me leaving. I went into the office to return the keys and the assistant manager at the time stated that she didn't receive a 30-notice.. I went to my car and retrieved the confirmation page and she was satisfied with that, but the manger is adamant that she didn't receive my fax on the date stated on the confirmation page and the she was going to have to charge me for the full month. In doing so she also charged me the fees that are charged if you broke a lease. she also stated that I left the trash outside in the storage area. I have NEVER used my storage area. Now I do admit I completely for got to return the keys it and take responsibility for the 11 days that kept them and feel that I should be charged for that but she was not will to listen, come to an understanding...Now I am receiving a notice that owe them and additional 324.00...I have contact the property owner regarding this and have not received a response....F.Y.I the property manager has the right to waive fees,give discounted rent and work with individuals..this apartment manager is not willing to assist anyone with anything that is not benefiting the the complex and that is sad...I will never refer anyone to live here and wish the best of luck to those who do!!!
