The apartment they told us we were going to rent was not ready because a tenant didn't move out. We found on accident and they told us we had to move in later than initially planned. It took some arm twisting but they finally agreed to our original move-in date. Things have improved slightly since getting a whole new office staff but still seem pretty incompetent as a whole. Staff is friendly but do not get the job done - poor recrod keeping and management. Don't usually hear the people in the apartment next to you but have had several different couples have arguing matches (outside of their apartment) several different times. Those you can hear loud and clear. All of them happened to be very late night or very early morning. Front pool is great but the back pool is not kept up. Decent work-out room. Parking is not great but bother paying for covered parking so you always have a spot. People will park in your spot and there is no follow through to make sure you get you spot you paid for. They basically ask you to handle it yourself since they don't want to deal with the hastle.
