i chose westchase forest after a lot of research. the property is well built and relatively new. maintenance is professional and very fast. grounds and facilities are looked after well. only issue is rent. the going rate for apartments is higher than the apts are worth. i think they know it so they're willing to negotiate, if you're persistent. just to give you an example, my rent is over $100 lower than the advertised rate. if you cant get much lower on the rent ask for more specials. |
