Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  10/5/05      Rate This Apartment     The apartments are okay. The place is not sparkling clean but it's decent. The problem is the management!!!! They change the people often and select the most incompetent workers to hire. Right now, the manager is the worst they've had since I've been here. She apparently receives payments and post them at HER leisure. Meanwhile, she sends eviction notices to tenants that rent hasn't been paid. They gave me eviction notices TWICE and it was their mistake BOTH TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Incompetence or stupidity? You tell me! Get EVERYTHING in writing, including receipts that rent was paid on time. Don't take verbal promises about promotions. Get it in writing or on the lease itself!!!
