She does not follow up on customer concerns, even after saying she will. You absolutely must keep after her to get ANYTHING done. I have no idea whatsoever as to why she was put in management. If you are "high maintenance", it's best you don't live here. Also, there is no security gate, so anyone can drive in off the street. Other than that, the apartments are average.
