Pros
The apartments are very nice and spacious.
Convinent location
great price
Friendly staff (until something happens, but they are never rude.)
Clean (No bugs!!!)
No problems with parking
Cons
CRIME!!
Gates don't always work
Shaddy area at night.
Can hear neighbors through walls
Outlets don't always work
The reason I'm not recommending this place is the crime. This is common for this area of town; however, I do not feel this is acceptable. If you do think this area is where you want to be then this may be the place for you. Just lock up and make sure your car has an alarm or something. Again this place would be perfect if it were not for crime! I hope this helps. It really is nicer than the other apartments available in the area. |
