Apartment Review for 1920 West Alabama Apartments - Houston, TX

The work guys are nice, but office staff is so rude, you will wish you had kept looking, she's nice at first, but as soon as you need anything, she will make you feel like you are to blame. She will say “Oh my!” "What did you do"? Implying that it is your fault for things that were wrong before you even moved in. You’ll have to argue and defend yourself if you need help. You'll have to call many times to get something looked at. You may also have to put up with her questioning your friends or family as they come in the gate. "Do you live here?" I'm not trying to be mean, but it was really hard living there for that reason. The apartment was alright, the pool was nice, they worked a lot on the grounds so it's pretty nice inside the gate. But they blow dirt and leaves into your porch. On several occasions I had my car broken into, they never stole anything, they were just looking for money, I always lock my doors. When I told the office about it, she said, “you need to lock your car doors!”…What!? It was terrible. It would not be that bad of a place if it weren’t for the office manager, secretary person, I’ll leave her name out of it. Good luck finding an apartment; I wished I had kept looking back in 2006.
