Apartment Review for Charleston At City View - Houston, TX

The best way to descrice these apartments is "a diamond in the rough". Literally. If you are moving to the greenspoint area there are only two apartments I would recommend and this is one of them. Ive lived at a couple different places and this is my favorite because it's kind of tucked away and small. My next door neighbor says he's been here for 10 years. I always park right in front of my place. Good luck apartment hunting! Ps. the rent is a little higher than some in the area but you get what you pay for - in my opinion.
