Apartment Review for Cove At Windmill Lakes - Houston, TX

Worst apartments I ever lived in, horrible staff, looks like crap now after they started doing the so called "UPGRADES", a year already, and not even half way done, looks good from the front, but shocking when you get in. Gates dont work, never have, and I been here for 2 years, so people come and go as they please by the car loads. They dont take care of the grounds at all, still crap from Ike layong around, one buildings stairs collapsed, and to this day its still they same, not even a attempt to fix this, and big hazard for the residents. (gonna call the city for this issue) Pools are NASTY AND GREEN all the time and they are to lazy to close them, so people make noise all night till 3-4 in the morning swimming, and I got to go to work in the morning,so annoying, and this is another saftey hazard. one little boy drowned last summer,and it appearent they dont care for the parents and children, if they did they would lock the pools up at night. roaches roaches roaches, and the exterminator dont help, expecially when they only come 1 out of 5 times they are requested. Never got a chance to use our fire place since we moved here, moldy storage, but they want all there rent right, what a joke,so many people have left this dump, and im next once my lease is up, biggest mistake I ever made coming here, I have 2 other family members that have apartments here, they will be leaving as well. $100 water bills, for apartments'' These people have no Idea what they are doing, every month there is a whole new staff, that says it all about the people they hire, you get what you pay for, but unfortunitly NOT FOR US. Please keep away, unless you like all this kinda garbage in your life. The other ones arounf=d here are so much better, and nicer, for the @ same price.
