We have lived here for 3 years and the maintance is WONDERFUL!! they are always here on the same day. Our apt had flooded in the master bedroom as well as both baths and they came tht same night and had the carpet cleaning, and plumbing people out the next morning. Althought we had the same problem the next day they moved us asap to a new apt. Also they are not over priced it is an older complex but they keep it up.  Need to rent an apartment?
