Apartment Review for Windmill Landing Apartments - Houston, TX

I have been living here for over two years and now i just want to move. The maintenance doesn't really know what to do most of the time and communicating with them is nearly impossible unless u can speak Spanish sorry no offense to anyone but seriously. The office staff acts oblivious to everything and OMG we're in 3rd ward do you know what that means we are in the GHETTO!!! Rent seems to go up every lease which is funny because when we first moved here the office staff told us that wasn't going to happen what a bunch of bull. The office staff is rude, inconsiderate and absolutely full of crap. Don't be fooled about all the nice things they do for you here cause its basically all a cover up of how this place is falling apart. There's an average burglary here once a month. I've been told by several residents that it maybe someone actually living here doing all the crime thats crazy!! and the staff won't even acknowledge the burglaries and robberies. The office staff won't even inform the residents of recent crime in the community. You will probably find out from one of your neighbors or better yet you just might be the victim. If you don't believe me read more post by other residents at Apartment rating. I warn you now whoever wants to move here think of other options and do your homework. This place is really awful and nasty. This is definitive not a place for first time renters the office staff will eat you alive.
