Apartment Review for Amli Midtown Apartment Homes - Houston, TX

Pros: Close location to downtown. Quiet apartments. Apartments are nice on the inside. Maintenance responds within 48 hrs. of reported problems. Pool and hot tub are nice. Cons: Business center is NOT functional: broken Internet, broken disk drive, no ink in printer, no copy machine. Only open during leasing office hours (when most people are at work). Misleading advertising that there is trolley service. The trolley has been shut down. Poor security. Security gate to parking garage is often broken (several times a month). Security gates around complex are broken. Staff is not friendly and generally unhelpful. Fitness center is dirty.
