Apartment Review for Amli Midtown Apartment Homes - Houston, TX

The place was bought from AMLI and is now called Metro Midtown. Trashy pool area and very noisy during the weekends; new management that is unresponsive, fond of petty charges, and rarely in the office. Hallways that are dirty and stained. Parking gates often broken. Fair amount of theft in parking lot with no security. There are other, better places close to downtown, especially for the rent that constantly increases. Not a good scene overall and going the wrong direction.
